Terms of Service

Shift Performance Club is a periodized training platform for athletes. The Service is operated by the Shift Performance Club team. You can reach us at support@shiftperformanceclub.com.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Paid features are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) under the plan you select; renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the policy shown at checkout.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts that share access, attempt to bypass our anti-sharing controls, or use the Service in a way that harms other users.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Service for your own training. You may not resell, share, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service, including programs, sessions, videos, and coaching content.

All content provided through the Service — including programs, training sessions, exercise libraries, instructional videos, text, design, logos, and software — is owned by Shift Performance Club or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The SHIFT name, logo, and visual identity are our trademarks and may not be used without our written permission.

Content you submit (workout logs, messages, problem reports, profile info, uploaded images) remains yours. By submitting it you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it for the purpose of operating the Service.

Some videos, demonstrations, and marketing materials feature the SHIFT team, coaches, and athletes. Their image, voice, and likeness are used with their consent and are protected as part of our brand. You may not extract, reupload, edit, remix, or otherwise use these recordings outside the app, on social media, or in any public or commercial context without our prior written permission.

If you appear in user-generated content you submit, you confirm you have the right to share that content and grant us permission to display it within the Service.

You agree not to:

• share your account, password, or session with anyone else;
• scrape, copy, redistribute, or republish any content from the Service;
• tamper with watermarks, signed media URLs, or other access controls;
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service;
• use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.

The Service is provided "as is." We don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. See our Disclaimer for important health and training warnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shift Performance Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Reykjavík unless local consumer law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
